Refunds are only provided if the issue is caused by a fault or failure on our side, such as service downtime or technical errors directly related to our infrastructure. Refund requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase, and customers must provide sufficient details for us to verify the issue. Any payment disputes must first be brought to our attention through our support channels before involving third-party payment processors. We aim to resolve all disputes in a fair and timely manner.
Customers may cancel their services at any time through the client dashboard or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle unless an immediate termination is requested. No refunds are issued for unused time after the refund period has expired.
Use of our services for any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, hosting malicious software, engaging in fraudulent activities, distributing copyrighted material without permission, or attempting to compromise network security. Violation of this policy will result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund and may be reported to the relevant authorities!
